Burraq Engineering Solutions | Official Refund Policy
To maintain professional standards and ensure student commitment, the following refund policy will strictly apply to all courses offered by Burraq Engineering Solutions.
One Month Course Duration
Students may request a refund only after attending the first class if they decide not to continue. If a student attends more than one class, the course fee will become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Three Month Course Duration
Students may request a refund only within the first three classes. If a student attends more than three classes, the course fee will become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted formally to the institute management within the eligible class limit mentioned above. Requests submitted after the allowed class limit will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Late Refund Requests
Students requesting a refund after a long period of absence will not be eligible for any refund. Any request made after 3 months or later will be automatically rejected.
Course Quality or Teaching Concerns
Refund requests based on reasons such as “the teaching was not satisfactory” or “the course was not good” will not be accepted once the allowed class limit has passed. Students are expected to evaluate the course within the permitted class period.
Course Freeze Policy
If a student requests to freeze or pause their course, the course fee will remain non-refundable. A course freeze does not create eligibility for a refund at any stage.
Personal or Professional Reasons
Refund requests due to job commitments, personal issues, relocation, schedule conflicts, travel, or lack of time will not be approved once the eligible class limit has passed.
Absence from Classes
Failure to attend classes does not qualify for a refund. Students who stop attending or remain absent for multiple classes will not be eligible for a refund.
Administrative Deductions
Any refund approved within the eligible period may be subject to administrative or processing deductions determined by the institute.
Non-Transferable Fees
Course fees are non-transferable to another person or batch once the refund eligibility period has passed unless approved by management.
Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course at Burraq Engineering Solutions, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
